Glamory Hosiery Return Policy
Glamory Hosiery stands behind the quality of every item it sells. We accept returns for items that were delivered damaged or items that were not included in a customer’s order, at no charge, subject to the following conditions.
Reporting and Return Deadlines
- Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. Request one from our Customer Service Department.
- The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns without the RA# visible will be refused by the receiving department.
Return Eligibility
- Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are sold “as is” at a discount.
- Glamory Hosiery does not guarantee sales and will not accept returns that are not due to discrepancies, damage, or manufacturing/shipping errors.
- No claims will be accepted on used goods or goods damaged after receipt by the customer.
Return Conditions
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging, holes, or alterations. Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected.
- Approved merchandise must arrive at Glamory Hosiery within 30 days of return approval, or the authorization will be voided.
- Returns sent without the Return Authorization Label will incur a 15% restocking fee, and shipping will not be reimbursed.
- Accepted returns will be credited toward future orders upon verification and approval.
Authorization and Return Shipping
- All returns must be authorized in advance by emailing orders@glamoryhosiery.com.
- Sales representatives are not authorized to approve returns.
- Goods returned without authorization will be sent back at the customer’s expense and will not be credited.
- Once a return is authorized, the Customer Service Department will send a Return Authorization Label for shipping (at your expense).
Credit Value
Returns will be processed at the lowest price at which an item was ordered, up to the quantity purchased at that price.
